Our Staff
HCP Administration - Excellence is the Key
Becky
As a 1975 graduate of the Indiana University
School of Nursing, Becky directs clinical operations for Home Care Plus.
Her 27 years of experience began in hospital critical care progressing
to hands-on home infusion therapies and later to marketing and management
roles. Becky transitioned from direct patient care to the development
of educational programs for patients and staff. She ascended to operations
management in large infusion companies adding to her outstanding reputation.
Becky has since been contracted by and consulted with home health agencies
conducting feasibility studies and accreditation programs. Few in the
infusion industry possess more business and clinical knowledge.
Kathy
Kathy received a BSN from DePauw University in
1986. She began her career as a staff nurse at James Whitcomb Riley Hospital
caring for 6 month to 3 year old children. This led to a 13 year experience
in home care with a particular emphasis on infusion therapy. Kathy's
primary skills were honed as a clinician and case manager. She joined
HCP in April 2001 and currently coordinates patient coverage with government
and private insurance providers. Kathy is the key HCP liaison between
the physician and the patient.
Margaret
Margaret graduated from the University of Indianapolis
in 1980. She has specialized in infusion and IV therapies throughout
her nursing career. She has extensive hospital experience with administration
in all types of therapies. She has developed policies and procedures
for new devices and medication to ensure safe use and administration.
Entering home infusion in 1988, Margaret found many opportunities to
learn new therapies and procedures. She began working with implanted
pumps in 1989 and learned to manage programmable implanted pumps by 1994.
She joined Home Care Plus in 2001 and is responsible for patient care
as well as teaching and follow up assessment of nurses in home nursing
agencies with whom we collaborate.

University in 1992 and 1997 respectively. She has eight years experience
working as a staff and charge nurse on the Inpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation
Unit at Methodist Hospital. She has five years experience working with
two rehabilitation physicians and a renowned neurosurgeon, refilling
and managing Medtronic Intrathecal pumps. She has extensive experience
working with special needs clients in the areas of Cerebral Palsy, Brain

short forays in hospital unit nursing, she found her true calling in
home health nursing with a focus on home infusion. A few short days after
joining the home healthcare industry Libby was given her first patient
with a Medtronic Pump and has been a huge proponent of intrathecal baclofen
pump therapy ever since. Libby is a great patient advocate and always
does her best to assure all patient healthcare needs are met when and
whenever possible. Libby handles patient scheduling, pharmacy, delivery,
